1 General Provisions

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

All financial transactions on h888 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposits must be made from an account bearing the same name as the registered account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To receive the maximum bonus, a deposit of at least ৳20,000 must be made (for example, a deposit of ৳42,000 yields a bonus of ৳20,000 and a total balance of ৳62,000).

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 total must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Other Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Each promotion may have its own validity period; once the period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, h888 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

5 VIP Program

The h888 VIP program has three tiers. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback. Players who play regularly enter at this tier.
• Silver — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback. This tier can be reached through consistent and significant activity.
• Gold — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback. The highest tier; recognition for sustained and significant activity.

h888's decision on VIP tier assignment and changes is final. Cashback amounts and terms may change; contact support for the latest information.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h888 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to meet conditions through artificial wagering.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Sharing an account or balance with another user.
• Impersonating h888 staff.

In the event of any of the above violations, h888 reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit all balances.

7 Privacy and Data Protection
